About

Mon, synonymous with the Burmese word for 'noble', stems from the ethnic group regarded as one of the largest exporters of Southeast Asian culture, founding cities such as Yangon, Bangkok (Krugthep), and Vientiane. As descendants of the Thai Mon who settled in Ban Pong (Central Thailand), we look to continue that tradition of cultural diffusion. Mon Thai is a wholly family run operation that saw its founding evolve from a Thai Restaurant in Delray Beach, FL.

Mission

To introduce and expand the flavors and traditions of the Thai Mon people within new markets just as our ancestors helped spread Southeast Asian culture.

To place Mon culture and flavor within the reach of new people through our distinct flavors of Southeast Asia.
